Financial Performance: Losses Narrow, Revenue Rises
In FY25, PhysicsWallah reduced its net loss to ₹243 crore from ₹1,131 crore last year. Revenue grew from ₹1,940 crore in FY24 to ₹2,886 crore, signaling robust growth and diversification into new educational content and tech offerings.
Industry experts are optimistic, citing strong backing from notable investors such as Hornbill Capital, WestBridge Capital, and GSV Ventures. The firm recently gained SEBI approval.
Shah Rukh Khan Joins the Billionaire Club
For the first time, Shah Rukh Khan has entered India's billionaire ranks with a 71% increase in wealth compared to last year. His production company, Red Chillies Entertainment, co-owned with Gauri Khan, posted a net profit of ₹85 crore in FY23.
